7 cours | Group postnatal yoga with baby : Fridays : 10:30am – 11:30am

Address: 5445 Av. de Gaspé, Montréal, QC H2T 3B2, Canada, Room 609A (follow the green arrows) on the 6th floor.

This bilingual session (English & French) is designed for postpartum mothers and their babies. It features gentle movements with baby in a carrier, floor postures, pelvic floor strengthening, and a deep relaxation at the end of the class.

Please bring:

• Your yoga mat (required)

• A baby carrier

• A wrap or blanket

• Two small tennis balls in a sock

• A blanket to lay your baby on the floor
