This yoga course will support you throughout your pregnancy for 7 weeks, with gentle movements that are appropriate for pregnancy, to calm the mind, boost confidence, and promote the flow of energy ✨.
Weekly 1-hour classes for 7 weeks.
Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth, allowing you to respect your body and move at your own pace ✨. The yoga postures are specifically designed to focus on breath control, relaxation, and building strength, helping you to feel more connected to your body and calm throughout the pregnancy journey.
In this type of practice, you will experience:

✨ Massages and acupressure points to relieve stress,
✨ Sophrology and creative visualization exercises,
✨ Postures that create space for your baby,
✨ Anti-sciatic postures to prevent back pain,

Avantage (pour la session du yoga prénatal technique) : notez que si jamais une raison quelconque vous manquez un cours nous vous proposons toujours de le reprendre via un cours enregistré qui sera envoyé de manière privée sur votre espace membre. De cette façon vous suivrez tout le programme et ne manquerez aucun cours !
Session : lundis cours en anglais 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM 9 (7 cours) plus les jeudis cours en français, yoga prénatal technique de 17h30 à 18h45 (prévoir toujours venir 5 min en avance)
De quoi avez-vous besoin : Votre tapis, deux petites balles de tennis à l’intérieur d’un bas, une serviette moyen et vêtements confortables.
