This yoga course will support you throughout your pregnancy every week, with gentle movements that are appropriate for pregnancy, to calm the mind, boost confidence, and promote the flow of energy ✨.You can choose the package that works best for you: 4, 8, 12, or 14 classes, depending on your needs and availability.
Class description:
Physical exercise and mindful movement are among the best ways to prepare both body and mind for a smooth labor and to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy.
This gentle yoga class, inspired by Hatha and Yin traditions, is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and is safe to practice throughout every trimester. We believe yoga is a wonderful complement to birth preparation, as the poses and movements we explore are not only safe for pregnancy but also deeply supportive and practical for use during labor itself.
In this type of practice, you will experience:

✨ Massages and acupressure points to relieve stress,
✨ Sophrology and creative visualization exercises,
✨ Postures that create space for your baby,
✨ Anti-sciatic postures to prevent back pain,
✨ Conscious connection with your baby,
✨ Increased confidence in the birth process.
In class, we’ll focus on gentle stretching, mobility work, and mindful breath, helping you stay strong, supple, and connected to your changing body. Equally important, we’ll cultivate tools for mental focus and relaxation — invaluable skills for navigating labor and the journey into parenthood.
Beyond the physical practice, this class offers a beautiful opportunity to connect with other expecting mothers and build your community.
Your teacher, Oana Balmau, is a trained birth and post-partum doula and follows the Yoga-Natal curriculum.
