• 5:30 PM – Relaxation with Aromatherapy and Sounds
  Relax on the floor, lying down with your baby, as you enjoy the calming effects of aromatherapy and soothing sounds.

• 6:00 PM – Closing Space & Sharing
  A moment to reflect and share your experience.
