In-person prenatal yoga

Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

This yoga will accompany you during your pregnancy for 7 weeks with gentle movements appropriate for pregnancy to calm the mind, bring confidence and promote the circulation of energy ✨

Weekly 1 hour classes 7 weeks.

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to prepare physically and psychologically for birth by respecting your body and according to your rhythm ✨ Yoga postures are oriented towards breathing control and relaxation.

In this type of practice you will find:

✨ Practicing postures to relax and breathe better,
✨ Massages and acupressure points for stress-relief,
✨ Sophrology and creative visualization exercises,
✨ Postures that give space to the baby,
✨ Postures (anti-sciatic), to avoid back pain, etc.
✨ Conscious contact with your baby
✨ Gain confidence in the birth process
